• If I cancel my membership right away or before my term expires will I get my money back?

NO. Due to the nature of our business, refunds are NOT available in whole or in part, even if you cancel your membership the day you join. We strongly encourage you to contact us with your questions or concerns prior to purchasing a membership.

• Are all of the color and black and white mascots on your site available through your membership?

YES. All of the color and black & white cartoon mascots offered on Scorpology.com are also available through our member site.

• Are all of the clipart graphic packs and freebies you offer here also available through your member site?

Almost all of our clipart packs and freebies are also available through our member site. Many will also include additional poses and colors in addition to what is available through Scorpology.com.

• Do you offer a membership for your cartoon mascots only?

NO. We do not offer a membership that includes only the cartoon mascots.

• Can I share my membership with anyone?

NO. Our memberships are sold on an individual, per-person basis only. This means that our memberships AND the images you download from our member site may NOT be shared in any way, shape or form. This is regardless of whether you work with additional designers for the same company or on the same project.

• Can I transfer my membership to another person?

NO. Memberships are not transferable to any other party for any reason.

• Is there a price discount if I renew my membership for another term?

Yes. If you choose to renew your membership prior to your original expiration date, you may renew your membership directly through the member site at a discounted rate. Discount rate is subject to change.

• I have a membership with you now. Will I receive anything for referring a new member to your site?  
   

YES. For every NEW member you refer who purchases a membership to our site, you will receive 1 free month of membership.

• Is there a limit to the number of free months I can receive for referring a new member?  
   

NO. There is no limit to the number of free months you can receive for referring a new member to our membership. Please note that NO referral bonus will be given for renewing referrals, only for a new member's initial sign-up.

• Do I have to stop using the graphics I download from the member site after my term expires if I choose not to renew my membership?

NO, absolutely not. You do not have to stop using any of the images you have downloaded from the site while you were a member with us, even if you choose not to renew your membership. Please keep in mind that we retain the copyrights to all of our rendered images at all times. ALL of our Terms Of Use will continue to apply for as long as you are using our images even if you are no longer a member with us.

• What are the 'YOU MAY'S' of your Designer's License membership?

• Access your membership account anytime you wish.

• Alter, recolor, touch-up, hack-up, or cut-up any of the poser images within the member's gallery.

• Use any of your altered, recolored, touched-up, hacked-up or cut-up images in your commercial projects for resale, provided you are adhering to our Terms Of Use.

• Make tubes or brushes for your OWN use. This does NOT include making tubes or brushes for resale or for free offerings anywhere or for anyone else.

• As a Designer's License member, you may make as many requests as you wish for:

• specific poser characters & models
• image poses & angles
• custom textures
• darker or lighter images, special lighting effects
• larger or smaller image sizes and more!

• Cancel your membership at any time, for any reason with no hassles.

• What are the 'YOU MAY NOT'S' of your Designer's License membership?
   
  • You may not share, loan, give out or sell your membership password to ANYONE for ANY REASON. Any member who is suspected of, or busted at giving their password to another party will have their membership cancelled immediately without notification, and NO refund will be given. To ensure fairness to our paying members, as well as to ourselves, we are very strict about our password sharing policy. All individual account activity is monitored and any suspicious account activity may result in cancellation of your membership.

• You may not take ANY images from the member's gallery IN THEIR CURRENT STATE or AS THEY ARE to resell, give away or to add to any type of website or cd-rom collection.

• You may not use any part of our graphic images in such a way that individual elements of them could be extracted and used by another. This includes placing them in tubes, .psd files, .png files, or on layers of any other derivative product you may create. If used in any product intended to be distributed digitally, any and all elements of our images used for such purposes must be digitally merged with other images, such as backgrounds, frames or mats.

• You may not use our graphic images to mass produce any product for sale unless prior permission is granted. You may not just print the images as they are, or sell them on t-shirts, cups, or any other physical product. You must incorporate them into a design that is predominantly your own.

• You MUST make something of your own from the images before you can use them personally or commercially. Anyone who is suspected of, or busted at using our images "as is" will have their membership cancelled immediately without notification and NO refund will be given.
